Like Techcrunch is reporting, this is real evil from ISP Redmoon. The days of Gator will return, when complete websites are taken over and others ads will be inserted.

This clearly shows that the power of ISP’s goes further than usually is reported in the press. Pointed out by Matt Cutts in his piece on Google privacy.
If I ran a privacy group, I would *find out which ISPs sell their user data*.
I first thought his piece is pointing fingers at other’s (I still think he should not have done that), but he is right in the sense that others in the Internet value chain have much more control already, without being looked at.
Overall, a very bad practice from Redmoon, and I hope they will come in the press in a very bad way. This is not something that other ISP’s should copy!
