For me it was not that far, as I live in San Francisco and work in San Jose. But I can imagine that all people who traveled half of the country have been quite disappointed overall with the level of the conference. It pisses me off as well.

What I think it is, that they have done this so many times that they don't think they need to prepare. Well it maybe their 100th time but what about the person who spent a pant load of money not only to attend but to get there !
